Prosecco Infused Sparkling Blackberries & Blueberries for NYE ✨🍾
Move over Prosecco grapes sparkling blackberries and blueberries are the fresh delicious twist your New Year’s Eve party needs! 🥂✨
Hosting doesn’t have to be stressful! I always use what I have on hand and thats how I came up with this twist on the popular Prosecco grapes.
Here’s how to make them:
Rinse the blackberries and blueberries and soak them in your favorite Prosecco (mine is @LamarcaProsecco) Let them sit for about an hour.
Drain the blackberries and blueberries and roll them in a mixture of granulated sugar and edible glitter (yes, they sparkle!).
Freeze for an hour, then serve chilled for snacking or garnish your favorite drinks.
They’re easy to prepare, taste absolutely amazing, and will wow your guests with their glittering, festive look! ✨
Wishing you health, wealth, and endless blessings in the new year🥂 Tag me if you try this recipe!

Ornament Coquito Cocktail
Why settle for eggnog when you can serve Coquito instead? 🇵🇷🎄🥥✨ This Puerto Rican holiday favorite is packed with festive flavors like coconut, cinnamon, and rum, and it’s perfect for batching ahead.
Being from Puerto Rico myself I make coquito every holiday season but this year I tried a recipe from @TheMoodyFoody and let me tell you it was amazing!!
I elevated this coquito cocktail by serving it in Christmas ornaments and adding a rim of coconut flakes to the glasses🍸🥥 Comment Coquito and I’ll send you a link to the glasses and ornaments I used!
Serve it chilled in these festive ornaments and your guests will be asking for the recipe all night. 🍸 Save this post and let the holiday hosting begin! 🥂
This amazing coquito recipe is from @TheMoodyFoody
For the tea:
1 cup water
8 allspice berries
6 whole cloves
5 Star anise
3 large cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the coquito:
1 can cream of coconut (15 oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz)
1 cup evaporated milk (this is about half the can!)
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup white rum (You can add more or less rum to taste)
1/4 cup spiced rum or dark rum
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan set over medium, boil the water. Add the allspice, cloves, star anise, cinnamon sticks and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Steep the tea, strain it and cool it.
In a high powered blender, add cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Pulse until smooth and fully combined. If using a smaller blender, blend in batches.
Pour the milk mixture into a large bowl. Add 1/3 cup of the tea mixture to the milk mixture. Whisk in the rum, ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

What better way to celebrate Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day than with this beautiful Dragon Fruit Rose Mimosa 💕
I garnished my glasses by brushing the sides with agave then rolling in a mixture of dried rose petals and edible gold sugar. The ice cubes are made with Dragon Fruit juice and of course I had to top it off with Veuve Du Vernay Ice @Veuveduvernay a deliciously affordable semi-sweet sparkling wine created especially to be served over ice.
